On I-15 north in Nevada, near exit 100, the Carp/Elgin exit. I mention the border of Nevada and Utah, but I-15 actually goes through Arizona a bit between Nevada and Utah.

Great location near Yellowstone, and relatively inexpensive. I remember hearing elk bugling the night I stayed here. Very cool, although there's always grizzly bear danger when staying in very rural areas near Yellowstone.
