Good video showing the approach to the viewing area at the verge of Upper Yosemite Falls. Pretty narrow and essentially one-way at places, so you have to be careful. At about 1:14, it shows--on the right part of the frame--the railing attached to the rock as you descend to the viewing area.
Starting around 0:23, shows from a different angle the same thin path and railing attached to the rock alluded to in the previous video.
